Long Distance Pricing - as low as $0.02/min
Domestic long distance is provided at the low rate of 3.9 cents per minute.
Customers also have the option of purchasing 500-minute bundles of long distance for $10.00. These bundles include both domestic and international calling to major dialing codes in more than 30 countries and are purchased per site, not per line.**
Quality Assurance Device NGT service requires a Quality Assurance Device to be installed at the customer's location. There is a one-time charge of $495.00 for this device.
The device (a specialized EdgeMarc 4500) performs a number of functions: • Provides Quality-of-Service (QoS) for your voice calls using advanced traffic shaping techniques, ensuring perfect call clarity. • The traffic shaping functions work with any broadband connection to provide higher priority Digital Voice connections. • Allows NGT to monitor the health of your voice calls in real-time, notifying you if you have a problem or are seeing capacity issues. • Note that NGT is NOT able to listen in to your calls using this device, so your privacy is assured.
